Sinds de aankoop van 989 Studios maakt Sony Computer Entertainment jaarlijks een honkbalspel. Ook in 2010 lanceert men een honkbalspel met MLB 10: The Show dat verschijnt op de PS2, de PS3 en de PSP.
De game bevat 44 Trophies, waarvan één Platinum, twee geheim, drie gouden, elf zilveren en 27 bronzen. De Trophies van MLB 10: The Show lijken alvast gemakkelijker dan de Trophies van zijn voorgangers, maar ze lijken nog steeds moeilijk.
