Sinds 2006 werkte Brash Entertainment aan een Saw videogame, maar door het bankroet van Brash werd de game eind 2008 geannuleerd. Nu heeft Konami besloten om de game te redden. Zij lanceren de game op de PC, de PS3 en de Xbox 360.
Op de Xbox 360 kun je natuurlijk Achievements verzamelen. De game bevat 46 verschillende Achievements die samen duizend Gamer Points waard zijn. Echt moeilijk lijken ze niet te worden. De game vraagt je onder andere 20 Minions te doden, Minions met allerlei items te doden en je gezondheid twintig keer bij te vullen. Laten we hopen dat de geheime Achievements de nodige uitdaging bieden.
