Helaas komt de ontwikkelaar achter Homeworld 3 met slecht nieuws, hoewel de game gepland stond voor de eerste helft van 2023 was het al duidelijk dat ze dit niet zouden halen, naar nu blijkt moeten we nog flink wat geduld opbrengen.
De release zal namelijk niet langer in dit jaar plaatsvinden, we zullen geduld op moeten brengen tot 2024. In een verklaring laat Blackbird Interactive weten dat ze meer tijd nodig hebben om hun visie te kunnen realiseren.

Gearbox Publishing and developer Blackbird Interactive have delayed Homeworld 3 from its previously planned first half of 2023 release window to February 24. It will be available for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
